Laura is the Broker for Keller Williams Realty Cupertino, Having been in real estate since 2005 years, she refers to herself as a “hi-tech refugee” after leaving a career at Hewlett Packard to follow her passion… Real Estate. Being knowledge based, she went back to college where she received her certification in Real Estate.
During the market crash Laura successfully used her skills of organization and negotiation in the short sale market not only for her own clients, but also for other agents and investors. In fact, Laura was a pioneer in the short sale market as the first agent in the Keller Williams Cupertino office to ever complete a short sale transaction.
In addition to sales Laura was a partner in a property management company for 12 years, with her focus on marketing, contracts and processing. Laura also utilizes her teaching skills at the famous Cahill’s Judo Academy where she has taught for over 45 years.
The first thing a Realtor should say is, “How can I help you?”, not “Let me tell you all about ME”. Discover what the client really wants and make it happen!
